After studying, measuring and experiencing the famous Eames Lounge and Ottoman, I produced plans, sections, elevations, and axonometric hand drawings of the fantastic piece of furniture. Documenting this chair correctly turned out to be quite the journey. Although it was difficult, it was a rewarding experience and I enjoyed every minute of it. My drawings were selected to be displayed next to the chair itself at Design Within Reach, a furniture store in Georgetown, Washington D.C.
